The annual International Symposium on GNSS has been an open forum for international researchers and practitioners -- especially in the Asia Pacific region, to discuss most recent technologies and applications, to exchange innovative ideas and experiences, and to promote future research opportunities in the fields related to Global Navigation Satellite Systems. The symposium, themed “Toward Best Integration of Global Navigation Satellite System and It’s Applications” aimed at knowledge and information sharing of the development of positioning and GNSS-related science and technology it's various applications.
Over the years, the symposium has been held in a number of attractive and tradition-rich locations, including Hong Kong, Istanbul, Jeju, Johor Bahru, Kyoto, Seoul, Sydney, Tainan, Taipei, Tokyo, Wuhan, and Xian (in alphabetical order). This year, for the first time, the symposium will take place in Indonesia, in the beautiful island of Bali from 28 to 30 November, 2018. There is no other place like Bali. The Island of the Gods offers great beaches, countless waves for surfing and wonderful natural sites to visit and explore, colorful ceremonies, and gifted artists.
